21 Days of Prayer & Fasting

July 19 – August 8

With all that is happening, this is the time to focus our prayers on God beautifying the Bride of Christ and healing our nation. At every level – physical, relational, spiritual, economic, social and political – we need the purifying and powerful work of God. Thankfully, He is already doing it and we need to collectively join His redemptive work.

The Bride of Christ is the answer to the current crises we are facing. And despite the virus physically separating us, we can unite our hearts and prayers in praise, repentance, intercession and faith proclamation. The devil wants us to concede ground and walk in confusion, but God wants us to advance and declare His Light.

The purpose of our 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting is to pray out the King’s Agenda for our lives, our church and our nation. It is getting everything in alignment with the “One who is, who was and who is to come.” Learning to hear His voice and coming into agreement with Him has a deep impact on His will being accomplished in our day. Like yeast, God does not need many to change a community. Just a few who will wholly and faithfully follow Him and like yeast permeate the entire community

You can link to the downloadable guide below, Praying the King’s Agenda, or come by the church to pick up a booklet. Each day there is a reading, Scripture, application and a prayer starting point. We also have links to a fasting website, cru.org, and a study resource, The Bible Project.

In this critical hour, let us take our role as the Bride and Body of Christ and illuminate the hope of the Gospel to the world.

- Pastor Scott

Weekly Focus & Schedule:

Each week we will have a prayer focus along with Praying The King’s Agenda. Take time to read the weekly emphasis Scripture and pray through it. Personalize it and declare it in faith as realities that you and Willow will walk in during this season.

  • Week 2 – Declaring Racial Unity & Equality – John 17.21-24, Eph.2.11-21

The Worship Center is open for prayer from 6:30 – 8:30 PM, Sunday – Wednesday. It is come-and-go format until 8 PM when we will gather for united prayer. Please wear a mask and social distance.

Standing in Faith Against Coronavirus, by Shawn Bolz

"'Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

I declare and decree that I will not be anxious about the Coronavirus. I refuse to carry the weight of fear and anxiety, and agree with the lies of the enemy, misinformation or human panic. I choose to stand on the Word of God and walk in supernatural faith in regards to this virus outbreak. The peace of God stands guard over my mind and heart and my body, and He will keep me safe.
