Biblically\, it is not possible for a Christian to be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature. EHS shows you how to integrate emotional health and Christian spirituality while practicing a contemplative lifestyle. EHS meets on Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00 PM.
